Why we travel

In my previous blog I wrote about eco tourism and I opened the blog with the question “Why do we travel?”.

Today I would like to elaborate a bit more on this and also trigger a conversation and discussion with all of you travelers and hear from you what traveling has done to you in the past and how we should travel to get the most out of it for ourselves and for the world in which we live.

As you know already, “Vespers Safaris” is offering a unique travel experience in Kenya, the leading country in Africa with respect to safari trips and wild life observation and conservation.

As a tour operator, we want to offer our clients something that most people dream of but unfortunately, not everyone has the financial possibility to make those dreams come true though we try our best to offer something for all budgets.

Our goal is not only to make a living from doing our business but we foremost want to make our clients happy. We believe that traveling can relieve stress and can benefit a persons’ health.

Imagine rolling through the Kenyan Savanna and see those majestic animals live in harmony with nature; something that most of us have lost. Travelling will bring you back to your roots, back in touch with nature, will rejuvenate and energize you and will give you an inner feeling of happiness and satisfaction.

So what would you like to bring back home for your inner self from a safari trip or from traveling. How can we do better or different so to make our clients happy and satisfied.

Thank you Linda for those inspiring words. I love your ideology and I love more and more Vespers Safaris. I feel enlightened and want to see more of this beautiful country. Please take me there again.

    Hi Vespers Safaris,
What I like most about your philosophy is that you cater really for every budget. I use to “travel on a shoestring” and would have never thought about hiring a travel agent to show me around in a national Park in Kenya, but you make it so easy and affordable that I would recommend anyone now to book a safari through Vespers as you offer so much more than we would get out of our travels if we would organize this ourselves and the added small cost is more that worthwhile paying as we get quality for our money. Now, getting older, a bit of well earned comfort in the middle of nature is not an exaggerated luxury. I like the selection you have made of top class accommodation and yet affordable. I feel pampered… and will be back!
